Ever since days at graduate school in 1994 I had wanted to do something with Mathematica. Originally it was to be used for my thesis in solving simultaneous differential equations with delta functions. My thesis advisor was a prolific physicist much like Steve having published over 100 papers in his lifetime (see asimorhanbarut.com and his Wikipedia page: Asim O Barut). He was the first person to derive the Dirac equation from classical fields and firmly believed that much in classical physics has yet to be done. His slim text on classical fields remains a important text today even though he wrote it in the 60’s. And his study in group theory and M-theory also won him many reputations among his peers. And his thinking had impacted me tremendously through out my life in area of sciences.

As I got my second degree in business I started looking at real world applications with Mathematica 6.0!using simpler but interesting combination of functions.
當我獲得第二個商業學位時,我開始使用Mathematica 6.0來查看真實世界的應用程序!使用更簡單但有趣的功能組合。

 I went to the 2014 launch of Mathematica 10 at the Wolfram Conference near Chicago to see how the program could help with my then new media company in Taiwan.
One of the key mission of the company is this: a conscious use of media。 Which essentially is education.
Also, my parents have asked that I give something back to society and so the goal of most of my projects are not to make lots of money but to have positive impact on education.
After these years I have honed in on three areas that I would like to pursue:
1. Linguistic (see studio76edutaimment.wordpress.com)
2. Art and Gaming that teaches something (see studio76edutaimment.wordpress.com) of the sci-fi or other genres.
3. Qualitative analysis of Photos and artwork

And if time permits
4. Friendly Robotics (this is for my kids!)
And in the far future:
distance teaching in variety of fields in multiple languages.

我參加了2014年在芝加哥附近推出的Mathematica 10的Wolfram會議,看看該軟體如何幫助我當時在台灣的新媒體公司。

該公司的主要任務之一是:有意識地使用媒體。也就是媒體要有教育性質

此外,我的父母要求我回饋社會,因此我的大多數項目的目標不是賺很多錢,而是要對教育產生積極影響。
這些年來,我已經磨練了三個我想追求的領域:

2.藝術和遊戲,教授科幻或其他類型的東西。(見studio76edutaimment.wordpress.com)
3.照片和藝術品的定性分析

如果時間允許的話
善良的機器人(這是給我的孩子們的!)

在遙遠的未來:
多種語言的遠程教學。

With the assistance of Wolfram and it’s Mathematica version 12 I hope I will be able to accomplish these as a way of thanking my teachers, mentors and my parents.
In giving back to the Mathematica community, I would like to help build a local Mathematica community on par with say Korea, It will need to be a cooperative effort but I think it can be done. I will also gladly contribute some time in putting together or helping at workshops in Taiwan or for Mathematica community gathering.

在Wolfram和它的Mathematica版本12的幫助下,我希望我能夠完成這些,以此感謝我的老師,導師和我的父母。

回饋Mathematica社區,我想幫助建立一個與韓國相提並論的本地Mathematica社區,這需要合作努力,但我認為可以做到。 我也很樂意花一些時間在台灣或Mathematica社區聚會上組織或幫助。
